The watch was advertised as "engraved", which I paid extra for. Upon arrival, the back of the watch has a imprint on it in black ink. Sorry kids, that is not "engraving"... really cheapens the look...

Ease of ordering and shipment and delivery time were great. The quality of the watch was impressive.

The ring is exactly as I hoped and the additional silicone ring for daily wear while working is a great addition. Slightly disappointed in the express shipping I opted for in hopes of getting this before an event I was attending but oh well.

I have a great experience with Original Grain. I placed an order and was tracking it to my home. It became lost in transit. I communicated with them about the package. Their service persons were quick to respond. They investigated and got a replacement sent out to me via a different carrier and the product areived withoit fault.

My fiancé LOVES his collection of Original Grain watches! I've bought him 3 so far and each one was well packaged, arrived on time and exactly as described. They come in a beautiful wood box with a card describing its unique features. Every day he excitedly picks out which he'll wear for the day/night. He shown them off to everyone and anyone who will listen lol. Their customer service, also, is awesome! We had a band issue after a couple months of regular wear and they literally REPLACED the watch without us having to return or try to fix ourselves! He was sooo sad then absolutely thrilled and said he can't wait to order more! (Hinting to me of course) THANK YOU Original Grain for these awesome watches and all the ways you give back especially to our vets and the planet. We appreciate you!

I now have 3 Original Grain watches. The first one that I bought about 15 years ago. It still looks and works great. The other 2 are much newer and have multiple issues. I have tried to email the company about the warranty and no one ever responded. It seems that like a lot of other products they have started to make their watches as cheap as possible to maximize profit. Customer service is nonexistent. I wish they would have consistently made quality watches.

Had mine 10 months and only wore it to church, the top of the bezel broke off (the wood ring) reach out to them and they said the only thing the warranty cover is movement. If something else breaks they can’t and will not fix it. My wife bought this for me for Christmas after my stem cell transplant so I only wore it 3 times at most. I usually don’t say anything negative but just want to let you know if you fork out 300 for a watch you are on your own. They said they don’t even have a repair team. I am going to send it back to them and they can just keep it, it makes me upset to look at it, probably should just discard it all together. Be sure not to wear it in water or shower because it is not recommended to let the wood get wet.
