I placed an order on accident and immediately emailed your company notifying them and they said the order has been canceled and refunded. I have still yet to receive a refund. That was on March 3 and it is now March 14! The funds have been accepted and taken out of my account for several days now. I have sent an email on Tuesday and have yet to have a response. Tried calling today and went straight to voicemail saying you guys were closed even though it was during your hours or operation. I’m extremely upset and very dissatisfied with this company! Organic Skin care just replied stating I was refunded which is completely false!!’ No refund has been issued, no money was returned to my account and you will definitely keep hearing from me until it has been. By far the worst company ever!!! Still have not responded to my last email so I will again tell you refund my money.
