Half my order was put on backorder and I was charged the full amount. Never was told anything then when I tried to contact company haven’t heard back.

Not supplier sanctioned site. Likely they deal in RTV’s- return to vendors product which may be expired, old lot, or not handled properly - maybe lost its efficacy. Package came from some person - like an eBay package. Buyer beware
