I want to lodge a concern about your company discontinuing your 30 individual packets in the Oral B Glide Threaders. You have replaced that with 6 envelopes containing 5 threaders each. The quality of the threaders is not as good as the 30 individual packet contents. The stiff ends needed to go under the bridges are harder to get under the dental work than the old threaders. Also, the cloth-like material on the new threaders catches and even tears under some teeth. Now, I have to use two different types of gloss in conjunction with these new (cheaper quality) threaders. I’m so disappointed.

Bought Oral-B teethbrush. After 1 year stop functioning. Trying to find anything related to inquiry a warranty case, and there is nothing on service website. Write on all possible communication lines, which was fou d in help documents, and nobody reply. This is most fake extended warranty possible!
