Bought oralb toothbrush heads by mistake and tried every which way to contact them for a refund. Did manage to get hold of someone called james who sent me a link which didn't work. Kept saying, try again. Tried phoning again without success. Emails are useless and chat says unavailable. Don't buy anything from this Company as they ignore your requests. They just want your money!!

Extrem kompizierte Abwicklung der Rückgabe. Man glaubt in Deutschland zu bestellen, tatsächlich erfolgt der Versand über England und Polen. Kein Hinweis auf die 30-tägige Probephase.

Die zahnbürstre Oral-B iO Series 9 ist der letzte Dreck. Nach 2,5 Jahren läßt sich die Bürste nicht mehr laden, nach stundenlanger Ladung und 100%-Anzeige reicht es für knapp 10 Sekunden. Bei einem Preis von über 200€ ist es eine Frechheit Derartiges auf den Markt zu bringen. Meine alte Akku-Zahnbürste funktioniert sogar nach 5 Jahren noch, und das zu einem Zehntel des Preises einer Oral-B i.O. Serie 9. Eine Kontaktaufnahme über eMail scheitert an angeblich fehlenden Daten zum Gerät, alle auf derm Gerät enthaltenen Produktbezeichnungen werden nicht akzeptiert.

My review regarding Oral B Electric toothbrushes ! This review is solely based on my personal experiences with the said product/products !!! Firstly they can be rather expensive if not bought on a sale, the batteries don't last as long as they should, I've bought most ranges of Oral B electric toothbrushes and have had many issues resulting me to maybe look elsewhere to get a more effective alternative, as to date I've only used Oral B electric toothbrushes ? If you have any suggestions please advise. I must admit I'm really disappointed as these products are advertised to be more effective and more reliable, yet I'm not experiencing these issues. To enhance your oral care routine, why not make the most of our oral care bundles? These include electric toothbrush replacement heads, toothpaste, and mouthwash to keep your teeth and gums healthy. And even though this can be the case my experience has been really unsuccessful as all I've had is issues, mostly battery/charging issues or actual mechanism issues. I have in the past contacted Oral B to advise, however no positive responses from Oral B as yet. I will post these issues on other social media outlets as I can add pictures.

Tenía grandes expectativas al pasarme a un Oral B iO7. Decepción por materiales de baja calidad. Mala posición del botón de encendido/apagado. Plástico muy resbaladizo. Se me ha caido al suelo un par de veces, en un mes. Los de gama baja tienen un tacto gomoso, mucho más adecuado. Nuca se me cayó ninguno en 10 años. El cepillado muy bueno, eso sí...

The company is a scam, insane customer service.... Took the money now for refund passing me to hundreds departments!!! Product is actual disaster.... Looks like a dummy brush !!!! Never even buy fro this retard company

Die Cashback Aktion ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Das Anmelden hat erst nach mehreren Versuchen funktioniert, es gab ständig Fehlermeldungen. Beim Hochladen der Fotos des Artikels hat dann gar nichts mehr geholfen. Kontaktaufnahme ist auch nicht möglich. Es drängt sich förmlich der Verdacht auf dass das Verfahren mit Absicht so schwierig gemacht wird damit möglichst wenig Kunden diese Aktion in Anspruch nehmen. Ich gebe einfach auf und habe das Gefühl als Kunde verar.... worden zu sein. Danke für nichts Oral-B
