Dure IQ 10, 6 maanden buiten de twee jaar garantie……batterij laad niet meer! Oral wil €50 geven als compensatie als ik een nieuwe koop!!!!! Waardeloos voorstel! Je betaalt bijna €300 en na 2 1/2 jaar doet de tandenborstel het niet meer!!!!! We gaan maar over naar een ander merk, want OralB is dus niet het geld waard. Ze blijven erbij….. max €50,- en dan moet ik weer bij hen kopen! Daaaaaaaag OralB!!!!!! Er zijn betere dan jullie in verkrijgbaar voor veel minder geld, EN MET BETERE KLANTENSERVICE!!!!

Bought the IO9 at a price of £180. First off It started great! Then slowly it never tracked properly, which I initially ignored then it started to develop different coloured lines across the screen. All this within a few weeks of ownership! Contacted customer service which I expected them to replace immediately..but no...they instead said "I will gladly help book your toothbrush in for service at our service centre, in order for our technicians to inspect it, and look into if this issue is a manufacturing fault, and a replacement is in order here. In order to do so, can I please ask you to confirm your full home address, so they know where to return the toothbrush/ the replacement?" What kind of response is that "IF" its a defect! Of course it is! Its only been a few weeks for crying out loud! Should not be any faults at the price it is, and if there was they should be instantly replacing it not " investigating" It So now, I've chosen a fully refund and to send it back and I will be looking at other brands. Absolutely abysmal service all around.

Oral B IO tandbørste er ikke pengene værd. Vandet sprøjter ud over det hele, når man børster tænder. Rengøring af børstehovedet er umuligt pga. huller, der samler skidt. Virkelig ulækkert - på trods af at jeg hver dag tager børstehovedet af og renser både børstehoved og holder.

Waardeloze tandenborstels iO, geeft aan dat de batterij nog 60% lading heeft. Ga je poetsen stopt het ding halverwege omdat hij leeg is. Ik kan de iO nu om de dag opladen als hij dat volhoudt en hij net 1 jaar oud. Ik ga wel een Chinese tandenborstel kopen, kan nooit slechter als deze Amerikaanse troep.

Potessi darei 0. Acquistato nemmeno un anno fa un oral b da 200 euro sul loro sito. Da qualche giorno non carica più. Scrivo all’assistenza per esporre il mio problema. Mi rispondono con una mail automatica nella quale mi diceva di posizionare meglio lo spazzolino sulla base di ricarica… scandalosi, disonesti e incompetenti

Aquacare 6 water flosser, found this totally useless. Water pressure simply inadequate, with water dribbling everywhere. Had much more success filling my mouth with water and rinsing.
