So I had one previous the classic one modell that was popular from 2010-2017 like before the model iO version launched. I had the old one like 10 years. So I have bought model iO 5 and the funny fact that one you have accidently dropped the brush.. you are doomed. Luckly I had my warranty, and it sure covered but saw the price cost 100$. Now today, with this machine that I had for just 2 years, I have simply slant my brush. It has stopped working. I have checked from reddit and other sites to see if im the only one struggling this problem - and I am not! iO is the worse model they have ever produced. A toothbrush that it for sure brush so great on our teeth but not made for morning tired people or to people who has weak hands! Oral-B you have wasted money on engineers or did you used by AI to design up? Please no AI on next model for god sake, I rather go to a dentis who is a human than listening to binary code made one.

Nous nous sommes équipés au grand complet dans la famille avec des brosses à dents électriques Oral B et après quelques mois d’utilisation la batterie ne tient plus du tout la charge (même pas pour un brossage de dents). Le pire c’est qu’en 2026 ils n’aient pas penser (ou pas voulu) songer à mettre des batteries remplaçables. Non, ils préfèrent qu’on jette et qu’on rachète. Cette fois, je vérifierai si nous pouvons remplacer la batterie…

Registrerede min Oral BiO10 den 2. december 2025 for at modtage 200,- i cash-back. Fik besked om, at alt var ok i Mail, samt at der kunne gå op til 6 uger før udbetaling. Rykkede for udbetaling 14. januar under reference til mail med al info., idet der nu var gået mere end 6 uger fra registreringstidspunktet & bekræftelsen på, at jeg ville modtage Cash-Back. Modtog mail om, at support var på sagen. Sendte en venlig reminder 16. januar. Fortsat intet svar. Kritisabelt med denne ventetid!

In april 2025 Oral B Pro 3 3900 gekocht. Vandaag voor de tweede keer ingeleverd voor reparatie. Waardeloze troep is dat. Het ding poetst fantastisch, daarom dubbel jammer dat de technische uitvoering waardeloos is.

I have placed an order on the 20th of December and I never received it. I feel let down by this website, I’ve emailed them twice already that where is my parcel, no respond to it. Pongo 1 estrella porque no me deja no poner ninguna, atencion al cliente nefasta, recomiento no comprar en la web oralb, compre por la web un pack de cepillos io para regalar en reyes, como veia k no me llegaban contacte para anular pedido y los coji en el corte ingles, tardaron en responderme, ya no se podia cancelar y el pedido aun no saliera de almacen, k rechazara la entrega pero...tras muchos mails, dejaron el pedido en el buzon sin avisar, el dia k les dio la gana y pusieron 5 enero, fecha k estaba en casa por lo k es mentira...para devolverlo tienes k asumir los portes con seguimiento y toda gestion por mail, todo impersonal, frio...no quiero imaginar cuando falle los cepillos, mucha publicidad dun producto para vender pero la atencion y trato al cliente, cero
