Für die Mundduschen im aktuellen Programm gibt es keine Ersatzteile. Ich wurde an Shop verwiesen der eine Packung mit zwei verschiedenen Aufsätzen für verschiedene Produkte zeigt. Letztendlich waren die auch vergriffen. Unverschämt ein Produkt zu verkaufen, für die es keine Verschleißteile gibt.

Esperienza pessima, ho acquistato uno spazzolino, in cui prevedeva le cuffie in omaggio, non me le hanno spedite, loro sostengono che io non abbia inserito il codice promozionale ma non è vero.! Poca assistenza alla clientela, pessimi!

1. First toothbrush (IO 6), loved it, brushing felt really good. Expensive heads but ok, now I can’t go back to something else. But… it died after 2,5 years. Could not get it back to life. 2. Second toothbrush (again IO 6), still loved it, broke down within 1 year. Unfixable damage (water I think). 3. My wifes toothbrush (IO 3), bought in January 2026, broke down within 6 months. Does not charge anymore. Very crappy quality and very expensive brush heads. Feels like they break down fast so they can get their recurring revenue. Looking for higher quality alternatives, because expensive, that it already was…

I've always bought Oral B toothpaste. As an almost 50 yo, that's a long time.... I bought my first electric toothbrush during Covid, so impressed, I bought another one for my friend. Last month, I decided that I would like to upgrade my toothbrush, which I did successfully. My friend subsequently asked me to order one for him too. I do not have an account with OralB, so I literally just went onto their website with the description of the brush that I had ordered previously. Following payment, I realised that my email address was incorrect. I called the number and was told by a very ignorant, rude "lady", that I need to cancel the order and change my details. I tried to explain to her that I didn't want to cancel the order, the payment was processed, I just wanted to amend my email address. She hung up. On another note, I recently bought OralB toothpaste from Tesco. When I opened it, there was no foil around the top and a "hair" in the cap. I have no issue paying for quality, but when I do, I expect it.

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. 3x die Mundduschen-Station gekauft und alle 3 haben denselben Fehler: sie tropfen aus dem Boden! Glücklicherweise hatten wir bei OTTO bestellt und unser Geld gleich zurück bekommen. Nie wieder Oral B. Haben die Station jetzt von einer anderen Firma bestellt.

J'ai acheté la brosse Oral B io8 qui après les 2 années de couverture garantie, a montré des problèmes de batterie. J'ai remplacé 2x la batterie, réinitialisé je ne sais plus combien de fois, mais le problème persiste ! Je recharge complètement, puis lors de l'utilisation, elle tombe à 0% en quelques secondes. Autant dire qu'elle est inutilisable ! J'ai eu 3 différentes brosses Oral B alors que mon mari était toujours à sa 1ère philips Sonicare !!! Exit Oral B, plus jamais ! Preuve que le service client est totalement inexistant : ils ne répondent à aucun message !

Nach nicht einmal 3 Monaten hat sich der Akku nicht mehr aufgeladen. Eingesendet zum Braun Reparaturservice. Nach wenigen Tagen wurde die Zahnbürste zurück geschickt mit dem Kommentar, man könne keinen Defekt feststellen.
