I have spent over two weeks researching what Oral-b electric toothbrush to buy. We have used this brand for years and have been and have been satisfied. As the battery is deteriorating, decided to buy a new one That is when the real problems arose. My wife bought a Sonicare per an AI recommendation. She didn't like it...too much vibration and difficulty maneuvering. I then started trying to figure out what Oral-b to buy. Very, very difficult as they use numbers for some, others have names and numbers. There appears to be a huge difference between models, particularly when you when you enter the "iO"series (1 through 10). Not only is the motor system totally different, but the prices go through the roof! Not a straightforward company.

Systematische Verhinderung von Cashbackauszahlung durch die Firma Procter&Gamble. Bei mir war es eine Oral-B elektrische Zahnbürste für 69 €, mit einem Cashback von 20 €. Die Auszahlung des Cashbacks wurde im Nachgang durch die Serviceabteilung systematisch verschleppt, blockiert und sogar willkürlich gekürzt. Über den hauseigenen (unterirdischen) Service hat man kaum Aussicht auf Erfolg. Deshalb ist es ratsam, sich direkt mit einer "Vorstandsbeschwerde" per Post oder E-Mail an Frau Astrid Teckentrup zu wenden. Die Anschrift bzw. Mailadresse ist leicht im Internet zu finden. Bei mir hat dies letztendlich zur berechtigten Auszahlung geführt.

Have been using these toothbrushes for many years and have been delighted. Recently someone had the great idea to remove the coloured bands of the bottom of toothbrush heads, citing saving plastic!! Certainly no thought was given to those of us with poor sight. The latest toothbrush heads have a marking which to those of us with poor sight is totally imposssible to see. We regret to say that when we need a new unit we shall be going elsewhere.

J’ai commandé un article une brosse à dents d’une valeur de 200 € je réceptionne le colis et il est vide… J’attends pendant plus de un mois alors que le délai maximum qu’ils m’ont annoncé était trois semaines et je n’ai toujours pas de réponse… Je ne comprends pas comment c’est possible de prendre les clients pour des imbéciles à ce point-là Si je n’ai pas de réponse dans la semaine qui suit, je contacterai un médiateur pour régler cette situation qui est insupportable

I purchased an Oral B 1000 and am not happy with it for a number of reasons. It replaced a battery operated model which I loved but would run fine, then “quiver”, then return to working so I gave up and got this replacement. The reasons I’m dissatisfied: handle not coated for gripping so it slips in your hand when wet. On/off switch not a positive feel. Handle base “welds” itself to base when charging and finally, charging light flashes which is disconcerting when entering bathroom in the middle of the night. Frankly, I’m surprised this design made it passed the prototype phase?

SONO STATO OBBLIGATO A FARE LO STORNO DEL PAGAMENTO . Il sito di oral b e la sue gestione sono penosi. Ho ordinato lì fidandomi del venditore ufficiale ma oltre ad avere un servizio cliente aberrante (rocio, martina, lorenza che non fornisco informazioni sul rimborso ), sono anche estremamente lenti nella risoluzione di qualsivoglia problema. Consiglio vivamente di ordinarlo su amazon piuttosto.
