Paid almost €300 for an electric toothbrush over a year ago that has now stopped working, it's still under warranty but customer support in oral-b is non-existent. None of the phone numbers listed on their website work, the contact form on their website does not work. I tried all avenues to make contact. I give up. NEVER PURCHASE AN ORAL-B PRODUCT

Reading some of the reviews, I realize that it is not only my impression. After many years of using other brand, I tried Oral B. Due to the accident, I can only go for sensitive option. 2 weeks of brushing and I knew that it was a mistake. Battery does not last long, toothbrush is heavy and loud and completely unsuitable for sensitive gums ( regardless a model). I tried to return it and got to know that I need an original box. My mistake I did not check it, but it should be a clear information on the box. To clarify: in some countries it is not a problem, but in the Netherlands it is. The worst part was to be transferred from one helpdesk to another. Terrible customer service. Last but not least, Oral B website removes negative comments.

Ich habe ORIGINAL Ersatzzahnbürsten, die nicht auf die Zahnbürste passten, Habe mir eine neue Oral-B-Zahnbürste gekauft, passt auch nicht. Nach einen Anruf beim Kundenservice wurde mir gesagt, ich solle da umtauschen, wo ich die Ersatzbürste gekauft habe. Da ich jedoch öfter kaufe habe ich den Zettel nicht mehr. Der Kundendienstler hat dann einfach eingehängt. Ich gebe meine neue Bürste zurück und kaufe künftig nur noch Philipps. Danke an den Hersteller für einen so grottenschlechten Service.

Jeg køber ikke oralb igen! Jeg køber en vitally 100 på tilbud i bilka. Den Oplader 22timer, men den pauser flere gange under børstningen fra første dag. Allerede 2 dage efter skal den Oplades igen, selvom der står at den kan holde over en uge. Der er 2 års garanti så jeg prøver at sende den til "gratis" rep. Jeg leder og leder, Men der står intet om hvor eller hvordan man får det sendt afsted. Jeg skriver til kundeservice. Efter flere mails, får jeg et link.. Her finder jeg ud af at det eneste center er i Ålborg. Og fragt koster 50kr, ved mindre jeg selv aflevere den... Jeg giver op!!! Det er simpelthen skod!!

I have bought from this brand for about 13 years with each toothbrush lasting around 3-4 years. Until I splashed out of a toothbrush costing over £200 which broke after 9 months. I thought this was a fluke and bought another and again after 9 months it died. I expected more from something costing so much but I was disapointed twice. I won't be buying another one and advice other not to as well.

Schlecht. Nach Garantie Ablauf geht kaputt. Für 200 Euro gekauft und nach ex sacht Garantie Ablauf ladet nicht mehr. Ganz schlecht. Philips ist viel besser...mal schauen nach Garantie Ablauf. Oral B nie wieder

3 elektrische Zahnbürsten Alle auf die selbe Weise kaputt. Okay die erste (war auch die günstigste) ist mir auf den Boden gefallen. Aber die letzte die beste vor 1,5 Jahren ist gestern von selbst ausgegangen und das war es. Ich finde es schade da ich mir eine munddusche auch schon überlegt habe. Aber wenn ich daran denke das sie eh nur ein wenig mehr als ein jahr haltet lieber nicht. Leider leider
