I have bought two Oral-B electric toothbrushes, one for me and one for my wife. I have to say I love the action and according to my hygienist it has definitely improved the cleaning of my teeth. BUT the first one I bought lasted just over two years so one month out of warranty, it just gave up. And the second one didnt even last a year when it gave up. However I did get a replacement for the second one. I have to say for the price for them, I had expected to be using them for many years. There seems to be a problem with their reliabilitythem for many years. There seems to be some sort of problem.

Hi, I ordered an electric toothbrush from oral-b in September 2022, and paid with PayPal. I never received the item. Though oral-b confirm that the item has been returned to them and my money will soon be refunded, up to now nothing happened. Since I have not received the item, I had my bank retranfer my money back from my PayPal account. PayPal brought the case to an attorney who brought the case to court. Instead of oral-b, I am the one now in trouble (my schufa ist now negative). I want to hear from oral-b, why they are refusing to refund the money on my PayPal account, knowing very well that they did not sell me anything. I find Paypal very mean, because they know very well that if oral-b had refunded the money it would have been nowhere else to appear than on my PayPal account. I took also an attorney and we shall go to court.

Reinste betrugsmasche! Habe mich angemeldet für den Newsletter und 10 wurde bekommen. Es wurde groß geworben auf der Internet Seite kaufen sie ein Gerät für 100 Euro und sie bekommen die junior zahnbürste mit dazu. Gesagt getan. Alles in den Warenkorb gepackt und wartete auf meine Bestellung. Als sie ankam, keine junior zahnbürste dabei. 2 mal angerufen. Einmal hieß es, sie haben doch 10 Euro willkommensrabatt bekommen? Ja für den Newsletter. Aber ihr versprechen war für 100 Euro einkaufen, junior zahnbürste geschenkt. Wollte nun die zurück schicken, und da hieß es ich müsste den Versand nach Polen zahlen??? Auch hier reinste vera****evon wegen, kostenlose Retoure!!!! Bloß Hände weg von dem Shop. Hier werden sie belogen beschissen und betrogen!!!!

Bought a toothbrush which i didnt like so i returned it for 60 days money back guarantee. 5 months and 15 phone calls later, i dont have neither the brush nor my Refund. Tried to dispute it with the credit card but oral b lied to them they never received my return tho i have pictures of the package and usps confirmation of delivery.

habe ein Reiseetui für Oral B io bestellt. Eine Bürste lässt sich nicht fixieren. Seitens des Lieferanten, der sich braun-service nennt, kein Fehler - man soll sich an Braun wenden. Braun bestätigt, dass der Shop kein autorisierter Händler ist. Ich soll mich an ihn werden und drückt mir die Daumen.
