Shady product works for about a year than stops charging, called customer service goes through a few options than hangs up the phone, supposed to have a 2 year warranty but is low, will never buy oral B products again will let friends and family know

Auskunft zum Produkt über die Hotline ist unterirdisch schlecht. Die Dame am Telefon hatte selbst keine Ahnung, was die Unterschiede zwischen den elektrischen Zahbürsten ist. Habe dennoch bestellt per FedexExpress - Zustellung am nächsten Tag garantiert. Es sind inzwischen 4 Werktage und noch immer nichts geliefert. Ware ist laut Fedex noch in Polen. Bin jetzt schon enttäuscht von dem Laden.

Bei der Bestellung wurde eine eine Prämie bzw. ein Ostergeschenk versproche aber nie geliefert. Nach mehreren Anfragen und sehr zäher Kommunikation mit OralB verzichte ich nun auf das Geschenk und auf weitere Geschäfte. Das gekaufte Produkt ist ansich nicht schlecht nur ist der Akku nicht austauschbar. Heißt wenn der Akku mal defekt ist darf man sich ein neues Gerät kaufen. Ich gehe stark davon aus daß dies nach Ablauf der Garantiezeit soweit ist

Unglaublich Teuer 300 fr. Und bringen es nicht fertig nach dem Reinigungsprozess den Akku stand unmittelbar anzuzeigen, alles andere unnütz wird angezeigt. So nicht meine Entwickler, sehr schwach so was.

Bought a brand new toothbrush used the charger twice then it stopped working was still under warranty as I only used it twice emailed them they said 3 weeks they will send a replacement 3 months later still nothing now I have to fork out money for something I already paid for and pay for it again big violation from oral b

In a bizarre way I'm comforted that so many others have had dreadful experiences with Oral B. I'm not alone in despising this crappy product. Mine packed up in less than a month. Unacceptable. Impossible to find a customer service number. Never again. DO NOT BUY ORAL B.

Oral b 3D whitening toothpaste which I paid around £9.00, is a HUGE con. It’s takes the daily film from your teeth like all toothpaste. however it will NOT make anymore difference after the THREE day promise. Your teeth will NOT be any whiter. This product is a total and utter rip off. Stay clear
