They make it very very difficult to return an unused item

I was brushing my teeth with the Oral B Power Toothbrush Type 3756 F530 30813 brAun. I had just changed the refill a week prior. The brush head separated from the refill head and went straight to my throat. It has been the most horrible experience of my life, near-to-death. I can’t stand the fact that brushing my teeth would have cost my life. Your product is hazardous to humans and must be taken out of the market. Brushing my teeth is now a traumatic experience for me. I would not recommend it to anyone. Also, after contacting the company to let them know about my experience they sent me a $7.00 max coupon... a joke!

Tried emailing oral b about a tube of toothpaste that has a chemical smell and taste to it but the site keeps saying in appropriate email address so can't contact them ,don't normally have a problem with my email but looks like they've lost a customer

Habe Oral-B Zahnbürste gekauft. Benötigte ein zweites Ladegerät. Eine schriftliche Anfrage bei Oral-B ließ tagelang auf sich warten. Dann die Antwort: Gibt es nicht, kaufe eine neue. Ist das Service? Werde den Hersteller wechseln.

Continuing the terrible saga of the Oral-B toothbrush... After months and months of snail-like slowness in responding, Oral-B asked me to return the brush. They then spent weeks claiming they had never received it until they eventually "found" it. They offered a replacement and sent a link, telling me to follow that link and purchase the item. This I did and the new brush arrived. When I attempted to claim the cost back, they refused to accept the invoice and asked me to send essentially the same thing again. When I then contacted them to arrange payment, I was told they were only paying PART of the cost of the item the lilnk pointed to. They are now trying to weasel their way out of this by pointing to a contradictory part of an email that limited the repayment, even though they had told me to order from the link. It looks like this is heading to the small claims court. The bottom line is that their expensive brushes are NOT worth the money. Their claimed AI is actually artificial ignorance. I see no benefits over cheaper brushes from companies that value their customers.

Product fell apart in my mouth so I thought I'd let them know. It was almost brand new. The website has a contact us button which basically runs you around in a circle without actually letting you contact them. Eventually found an email form, which after taking many tedious details and pressing submit came up with website javascript errors and lost everything. By now getting annoyed and used the internet to get a phone number. After holding a long time a man took my details. Proctor and gamble who are oral b responded by giving me a voucher only valid on their site for an amount that wouldn't even cover postage of a new product, let alone the item.

Hab vom Zahnarzt Flyer bekommen mit Rabattcodes....diese funktionieren nicht....man soll bestellen und es danach melden....alles Nepper Schlepper Bauernhäuser...und wenn ich mir die Bewertungen hier so ansehen, dann kaufe ich die io jetzt lieber doch nicht....kann nur abraten .....unseriöse Lockkangebote
