I paid for an item using splitit as i wanted to place an order using their 12 month payment plan, was extremely shocked when i checked my credit card to find that splitit have taken and held the full amount and just refund back the monthly payments each month, i have tried to speak to oral-b about this and have been informed that they do not have to put this on their website and therefore won't be refunding the postage that i have paid to send it back, and will also take a while to refund the cost of the item, do not use the option of splitit with any retailer

We gave used Oral B products (electric toothbrushes to floss etc) for decades. When I veered away from the floss I've loved for decades to try their expandable floss, I absolutely hated it. It literally stays stuck in my teeth. But they allow you a refund if you take the initiative to send in your original receipt and back of the product with the upc. I was willing to do it, because I wanted the refund to purchase my trusty standby that I've used forever. After waiting more than 6 weeks, they tell me I am denied a refund because they didn't have the receipt or the proper upc. I chatted then with a representative who assured me he would handle thus and correspond via email. Nothing. Something this simple will cost Oral B a valued customer and much shared negative publicity. We I'll never purchased Oral B products again. And I will share my negative experiences on all social media platforms.

My latest Oral-B iO9 has just failed after 9 months of use. I have now purchased 4 Oral-B iO9 toothbrushes in past years, and every unit has failed after approx. 1 year - so that is 100% failure rate. I used to be No.1 Fan of Oral-B, have purchased my first toothbrush in 1993, and upgraded every time new model was launched. Fantastic product, fantastic cleaning experience and feel good factor, and never ever had any product issues... until latest Oral-B iO model which has been an absolute disaster for reliability. And Oral-B seem to be keeping quiet about the whole thing - real lack of transparency and honesty from this company - I will be switching to another company for my next toothbrush - after 30 years of loving Oral-B, I have now totally lost faith in the product and the company.

Bought the oral B io series 7 maybe about a year ago, just when it's out of warranty does the battery poop out on me, I leave it on the dock to charge and immediately it goes from 100% to 0% in less than 30 seconds I can't believe a company would charge hundreds of dollars for an item so cheap in production value. Also the head replacements are super overpriced.

I have had very high expectation for firstly Oral-B as a brand and secondly from iO Series 9 toothbrush as that was top of the line. However my experience was not great but I had piece of mind given P&G Money Back Guarantee was in place. Product Purchase date - 2nd Oct 2022 Claim lodged - 6th Jan 2023 Product received at Oral-B's warehouse - 12th Jan 2023 Claim Validated - 13th Jan 2023 (confirmed vis email) Refund date - 13th Mar 2023 I took 2 months for MNC like P&G to refund whereas in their terms and conditions point 8 says Allow 14 working days to receive the EFT payment after claim has been validated. Guess what, no communication at all from Oral-B. I have contacted Oral-B at least 5-6 times before giving up, every time they told me its their finance team holding the funds up. Don't buy P&G products, especially don't believe in their money back promises. They just want to make money by using your money as their cash flow.
