Ho acquistato Oxyjet ieri e l'ho provato 2 volte, anche mio figlio. Abbiamo notato che alla potenza massima il getto è ancora troppo debole. Non pulisce in profondità tra un dente e l'altro. Sono delusa. E ovviamente non si può rendere.

Got an electric toothbrush (quite pricy around 200$) and stooped working in a bit over 2 years. Called support and they said it was over warranty and nothing that could be done and offered a 25$ discount to 'buy a new one'. So much for claims of 'lasting' and 'sustainability'. Never buying any of their products ever again

Unfassbar schlechte Bauqualität. Hatten im Haushalt drei iO Geräte. Anfangs waren wir alle super zufrieden. Meine iO 8 ging als erstes kaputt ->Akku. Als nächstes die iO 6 meiner Mitbewohnerin. Ebenfalls Akku! Und nun ein paar Monate später auch die Zahnbürste meiner Freundin -> ebenfalls Akku (Überraschung) Was verarbeitet ihr bitte für drecks Materialen. Ein absoluter Witz, dass so teure Zahnbürsten nach nur so kurzer Zeit (keine hat viel länger als ein Jahr gehalten) kaputt gehen. Nie wieder wird jemand von uns eins eurer absolut lächerlichen Produkte kaufen. Glänzender Elektroschrott zum Premiumpreis.

Vergognoso, ordinato delle testine online da due settimane e non arrivano. Chiedo delucidazioni al servizio clienti ma rispondono in maniera molto vaga, chiedo di aprire la procedura per il resto e rispondono che il rimborso avverrà solo quando il pacco rientra nel loro magazzino….e visti i tempi di consegna mi chiedo se questo rimborso avverrà mai!A me sembra un’organizzazione a delinquere autorizzata dallo Stato!È vergognoso di come si arricchiscano ai danni del consumatore, questa è frode commerciale!Il problema è che 9 su 10 non agiranno mai per vie legali in quanto le relative spese sono molto più alte del costo di un semplice spazzolino o testine di ricambio!VERGOGNA

An expensive io brush lasted 16 months. Sending away to repair via another party an option. However, the cost may not be worth it. Furthermore, always looked after so if we spend such an extraordinary amount of money on an electric toothbrush you expect it to last longer. Customer Services not interested as more than 12 months old. Won't be buying a replacement as don't trust the product.

I bought an io6 toothbrush and it doesn't work. The technology on this brush is inaccurate and doesn't pick out the correct section when you are brushing. Please give refund or I will have to take you to court. I have tried to contact oral b but they don't care or respond!!
