When I went from a regular toothbrush to a Philips electric, it was a big difference, but all that time I didn't realize the type of clean feeling I was missing. I called Oral B and talked to what seemed like an electric tooth brush engineer because he knew everything about the vibrations and oscillations. He went through the different options and I liked how the I.o. 9 sounded. I couldn't find one at a store but I found an i.o 7. Even after dentist visits I still feel like there is a little smudge or slipperiness to my teeth. With the i.o. 7 there is no smudge feeling at all, so to me it is better than getting a pro cleaning. I lost a tooth 5 years ago and became fanatic about brushing, and now I can rest easy after feeling the type of clean my teeth are. It was $214, but the feeling I get and the confidence that I won't ever need to go through another extraction is so worth it.

Absolutely terrible with Oral B. I’ve ordered a toothbrush that is way too loud and destroying my gums. So I decided to return it and use money back guarantee policy. First you need to call few times to get the number of a department that deals with returns. I’ve sent it back- spent time, money, waited for few months- nothing. No information from the company on status of my return. So I had to call them back - they told me that refund is approved and they needed additional information - I’ve sent them the information. In 21st century two only ways for customer support in oral b are emails and phone calls. Anyway the lady sent me an email that she will keep me updated (after I asked to do it and waited few more weeks). it’s been around 6 months since I tried to return the goods and I’ve just received it back (and I don’t like and don’t want it). Feels like the only goal of this company is to sell you things and do not care about any satisfaction. The return process drags you through rounds of useless calls and you never get refunded. BTW they don’t do refunds - they supposed to issue a pre paid card for you - wich makes it easier not to give you a refund, and you have to share personal information as well. The worst customer experience I’ve ever had.

Io 9 toothbrush broken after 13 months. 100% charge, stops working after 1 minute 41 seconds. Sent for repair. Took a week to acknowledge receipt, told by email that it will be a further 3-4 weeks. Told by phone that they don't repair them, they will send a replacement but need to wait in queue for a technician to confirm that it is broken. Completely useless as a warranty on such an expensive product. Will never buy another oral b product.

Vendono prodotti molto scadenti, dopo pochi mesi lo spazzolino non tiene più la ricarica, non vale neanche la pena mandarlo all’assistenza, lo butto.

Leider kann ich auch nichts gutes berichten, mein 1. Akku meiner IO Zahnbürste war schnell defekt und nun nach Akkuwecksel wieder defekt. Meine Aufladung hält gerade einmal eine Anwendung. Ich werde mich nach vielen Jahren Oral B Kunde nun wohl einen anderen Anbieter zu wenden. Oral B IO ist teuer und leider schlechte Qualität!

Über die Qualität der OralBIQ-Zahnbürste kann ich noch nichts sagen, da ich sie erst heute bestellt habe. Eszter vom Kundenbetreuungsteam war jedenfalls sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend und hat mein Problem, das ich bei der Bestellung hatte, zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst. Dankeschön dafür!

IO Series 9 nach genau 2 Jahren und 1 Monat Display defekt. Nach weiteren 2 Monaten hält der Akku noch genau für einmal putzen (kann nicht getauscht werden) und es ist reines Glück ob die Zahn Bürste überhaupt noch lädt.

Vous n'offrez aucune solution, le tuyau ne figure pas dans les pièces que vous vendez. Avoir un produit d'aussi mauvaise qualité et ne pas permettre à vos clients de la réparer prouve que les notions d'écologie et de réparabilité ne font pas partie de votre culture. Quant à moi vous ne faites désormais plus partie des marques que j'achèterai..
