Oral-B you have divided by two the width of your satin dental tape which now means that I injure my gums pretty much every time I use your tape it’s too thin so it cuts into the gum. I can imagine how this went, Monday morning meeting: “so who has a good idea to cut costs? Yes you over there stapler-guy”. “why don’t we divide by two the satin tape width that way it will cost half the price.” “ yes!! give this man a promotion!!” I have stopped buying you previously brilliant satin dental tape, for the sake of my gums.

Only major company that sells overpriced toothbrush like IO7 with faulty battery that stop working after 18months (3 cases around me- all same issue) and tell customer to pay the repair themselves. Shame on you

I’ve used electric toothbrushes all of my life, as does my husband and our three children. I purchased a new toothbrush about 12 months ago and it went mouldy (parts of the silicone). I ended up in multiple very uncomfortable conversations where it was implied that I had poor hygiene standards. They kept reiterating that no parts of the toothbrush could go mouldy, but this is in fact not the case. I had my old toothbrush for five years and never had a problem, my three children also do not have a problem, I care for my toothbrush far better than my three-year-old daughter! The toothbrush I purchased had so many grooves around the bottom and the silicon became mouldy beyond the point of being able to clean it. When I called and spoke to multiple people about it I was told that this was impossible. Once again, I have three children under seven who do not care for their toothbrush as well as I do. Frequently putting it away wet and dirty, dropping it in the bath etc. I believe my toothbrush design was faulty. Be mindful if purchasing a toothbrush from Oral-B that if you did decide to make a claim under warranty, you may not be able to. The process of even contacting anyone is arduous. When I contacted them directly, the level of customer service I got was deplorable. They then advised me to contact the service centre in Coburg which I did and was advised that no one could be of any help. Won’t be buying another toothbrush for from them in the future. Terrible customer service if that’s what you could even call it and an even worse faulty product

Can’t believe that oral B are producing such a rubbish tooth brush bought from Argos oral B o2 first one lasted about 3 weeks before charging issues got replacement one after 2 weeks same issue what is going on with this manufacturer when I googled this it came back that this is a very common fault

Ich habe Ende 2023 eine Oral-B IO 9N und etwas später eine Oral-B IO 7 erworben. Bei der IO 9N war nach kurzer Zeit der Timer defekt und ließ sich auch nicht reparieren. Die IO 7 hat gerade mal die Garantiezeit erlebt und ist nun auch defekt. Sie lässt sich nicht mehr aufladen und nicht mehr einschalten. Hier werden für viel Geld elektrische Zahnbürsten verkauft, die ihr Versprechen nicht halten. Ich kann nur davon abraten.

ich habe nun schon 2 mal versucht im Online-Shop von Oral-B etwas zu kaufen. Das ist nicht möglich. Nicht verfügbare Seiten im Checkout, Abbrüche beim Bezahlvorgang, Sprachen Wirrwarr bei der Adressabfrage. Wie soll man da noch der Firma, geschweige den Produkten vertrauen.

Già dopo una settimana/dieci giorni di utilizzo costante ho notato che i denti sembravano proprio più lucidi e puliti. In più ha quel sapore di menta bello forte che non stufa e ti lascia un fresco in bocca pazzesco per ore. Prodotto approvato!

one star because zero is not an option. taking back my first (and last) oral-b pro 500. it is a piece of crap. doesn't have a charging/charged indicator. the instructions that come with it do not even address the pro 500. mine stuttered and paused and did not clean nearly as well as my $20.00 Sonicare did.
