Mike from customer support went above and beyond! He refunded my credits for a video that was stuck in que and then he was able to resolve the technical issue and push the video through. Just an amazing effort! I don’t reach out to customer support often but when I do the level of help is top tier.

Accidentally double-billed my agency card when trying to set up two workspace profiles for our summer UGC campaigns. Honestly expected a massive headache, but a support manager named Mike stepped in and sorted the refund instantly. The rendering layout can lag a bit when previewing heavy B-roll tracks over bad Philly coffee shop Wi-Fi, to be fair. But the actual AI clip-cutting saves us way too much manual editing time to complain.

I started my #shorts YouTube channel about 3 months ago. OpusClip is so easy to use and it just keeps getting better and better. Best money I have spent on building my coaching business. I share shorts on YT and also on FB. My FB reels have worked a treat to increase my followers. I get new followers just about every day. I am moving over to IG next few days. Today was eopic for me as I uploaded B-Roll and a split screen feature has been added - what a brilliant surprise. Totally motivated. Thank you OpusClip team. So GOOD!

I paid for the PRO version but it was never credited. This is my fourth week waiting for a response from Opus to find out if and when they are going to credit my account, but received absolutely no response. DO NOT get involved with them. Their customer service is horrible and I fear I may never even receive a refund.

My handed in projects were deleted after me not continuing my pro feature - then a service member reunlocks the projects for 7 days (instead of 20 more days). I edit the projects and I am not able to post them... because i edited them - this time customer service did not give me anything back and even left me on read - do yourself a favour and learn to cut clips yourself instead of this crappy ai: quality over quantity

Received no email for renewal and they deleted all my projects! Which SaaS service ever does this? I lost all my projects because the renewal was not automatic and 1 month after I log in and everything is lost..... Will never trust Opus ever again. I've spent so much time building on a tool and would now have to start from scratch.

Pela primeira vez decidi pagar a assinatura do plano Pro e me arrependi amargamente. Depois de dias de trabalho editando vídeos e legendas, já que os shorts automáticos foram péssimos, a plataforma apagou todos os projetos. O apoio ao cliente é feito por um robô incompetente. Prometem passar a chamada para um atendente humano, mas não passam, ninguém resolve nada. E isso que paguei caro pelo plano!!! Dinheiro e dias de trabalho perdidos, além de atraso nas postagens do trabalho. Já estou há dias a tentar falar com o sac sem sucesso. Ontem recuperaram os vídeos originais, mas apagaram todas as edições que eu havia feito e ninguém responde. Serviço imprestável, caro, sem suporte e que ainda me causou prejuízos.
