Subject: Urgent: Unauthorized Charge after Immediate Cancellation – Request for Full RefundTo Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally request a immediate cancellation and full refund for an automatic renewal charge on my credit card.The subscription was automatically renewed without my active consent. I cancelled the subscription exactly 15 minutes after the renewal occurred. I have not used any of your services during this period.Despite my immediate cancellation, the charge has not been reversed on my credit card. Your customer service has been extremely slow, and I am still waiting for a proper response.Since the cancellation was done instantly and no services were used, I am legally entitled to a full refund. OpusClip is pretty good
OpusClip is pretty good - but they have reduced how far my credits go - it’s now close only processing 1 video without doubling my cost. They have made quite a few improvements but the cost has been become too expensive!! Thank you Jim

Sorprendida y muy agradecida
Estoy sorprendida y muy agradecida por la ayuda que recibí de OpusClip. Lo uso para obtener clips para YouTube en un canal de literatura que voy construyendo y me encantan los clips de OpusClip. Tengo la versión gratuita y la semana pasada no me funcionaba como antes, por lo que les pedí ayuda. Me atendieron repetidas veces con gran amabilidad. ¡Hasta que caí en la cuenta de que el fallo había sido mío por subir un vídeo que no estaba bien! Pues, a pesar de ello, me ayudaron y me restituyeron los créditos que había perdido ese día. ¿Qué más puedo decir? Y esto teniendo la versión gratuita. Si algún día mi canal "Personajes en el Diván" llega a destacar en YouTube se sabrá lo mucho que OpusClip me ha ayudado.
