The product wasn't for me but solid customer service

I’d give it **four stars** at this stage: genuinely impressive, but with some frustrating issues that prevent a perfect score. **Review title: Impressive video creation with a few issues to iron out** I’ve only recently started using Agent Opus, but I’m already extremely impressed by what it can create. I needed professional videos for my podcast and was able to produce a beautiful branded introduction and outro, with visuals that would previously have cost me hundreds of pounds to commission. The platform understood the overall emotional tone, colour palette and message remarkably well. Being able to upload my own audio, photographs, logo, book cover and character illustrations gives me enormous creative potential, particularly as I have a large backlog of podcast episodes to bring to YouTube. There are, however, a few things that still need ironing out. The most frustrating is spelling: even when exact wording is supplied, Opus can reproduce it incorrectly. My video included “Resillence” instead of “Resilience” and “emgagardner.uk” instead of “emmagardner.uk”. Correcting a generated mistake can require additional credits, and sometimes a correction changes other parts of an otherwise excellent image. It would be helpful if text could be edited directly without regenerating the visual or using significant additional credits. The interface can also occasionally be unclear about whether something has paused, failed or is still processing. More precise editing controls and better protection of uploaded assets would make an enormous difference. That said, the creative potential is fantastic, and the results have already exceeded my expectations. With improved spelling accuracy and a fairer, easier correction process, this could become an exceptional tool for independent creators and small businesses.

I’ve had a good experience with OpusClip overall. I ran into an issue with credits being deducted incorrectly, but their support team took the time to review my account and eventually returned all of the credits that were owed to me. The only downside is that customer support can take quite a while to reply, so you may need to be patient when you have an issue. However, once they responded and investigated my account, they made sure everything was resolved properly. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled my situation and appreciate that they made things right. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

BUENA EDICION DE CORTES DE VIDEO. He usado la version PRO pero la verdad no me significó mucho. La version FREE es buena, aunque tiene un tablero bastante reducido y la marca de agua es un poco molesta. VAN 90 puntos sobre 100 El servicio al cliente es MUY BUENO!

Really impressed with OpusClip overall. The platform is constantly improving, and I love how innovative the team is with new features, training, and tools. I’ve had a couple of issues with credits and some occasional bugs, but their support has been excellent — they went above and beyond to make things right. You can tell the product is developing quickly, so a few growing pains are understandable. Overall, OpusClip saves me a lot of time creating short-form content from my podcast, and I’m excited to see where they take it next. 4.5/5 from me.

Great service and determination to try and fix my issue on Opus. As it was a song and not dialogue that I used Opus can not always fix missing words but they sure did try

Not the most perfect app, I find I have to do reformatting and editing for each clip but otherwise saves soo much time. I had an issue with credits, and the customer service was very helpful and understanding to find a solution~!

Ich hatte ein problem mit der Spacheinstellung. Die hattleider immer die sprache gewechselt und nur schlecht funktioniert. Darum habe ich mich an den support gewendet und Mike hat mir sehr geholfen und das Problem behoben! Danke mochmals
