OpusClipReviews of opus.pro

He pagado 29€ para no generar ni un vídeo. Supuestamente hacen vídeos largos pero con la suscripción pro no da ni para un vídeo. Me han robado y estafado. Y encima la atención al cliente no funciona. No recomiendo esta plataforma.

Excellent problem solvers on an issue that was my error in opening and paying for 2 accounts by accident . They fixed it immediately and refunded me the money.

Ollie was amazing! They solved my problem immediately and it felt good to finally have a great experience using a chat help service that was so much better than most experiences I've had in the past with other chat services.

Not the most perfect app, I find I have to do reformatting and editing for each clip but otherwise saves soo much time. I had an issue with credits, and the customer service was very helpful and understanding to find a solution~!

Ich hatte ein problem mit der Spacheinstellung. Die hattleider immer die sprache gewechselt und nur schlecht funktioniert. Darum habe ich mich an den support gewendet und Mike hat mir sehr geholfen und das Problem behoben! Danke mochmals

I had to migrate my account, projects, and remaining credits to a new email address, and Mike from the support team handled it perfectly. He was incredibly fast, competent, and professional. Beyond his expertise, I deeply appreciated his friendly and personal communication style, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Exceptional customer service – thank you, Mike!

J'utilise OpusClip depuis deux ans et je suis très satisfait du produit, de ses mises à jour et de son service client. Très à l'écoute, et n'hésitant pas à rembourser des travaux échoués (c'est rare).

I am a paid OpusClip user, and my experience with their support has become unacceptable. Since June 22, 2026, my support conversation has been stuck after Ollie, the AI assistant, said I would be transferred to a human teammate. No human has answered. Even worse: the dashboard support widget does not allow me to open a new message or a new ticket. I tested it in a normal browser session and in private browsing while logged in. Same result: I am stuck in the old conversation and cannot access human support. I also contacted OpusClip by direct email and through the Business / Sales channel. Several hours later, I still have no human response. This is not just “slow support”. This looks like a broken support system where paying customers are trapped behind a bot with no escalation actually happening. If OpusClip is still a serious business, they should urgently fix this. A company that cannot provide working support to paying users, and whose sales channel also stays silent, gives the impression of a business failing internally. Account affected: josick...xtrema.fr I am not asking for anything exceptional: I need a human agent to reset or close the stuck support conversation and restore my ability to contact support normally.
