Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service, sleazy they don’t reply to emails but just keep taking your money when you ask to cancel the payment!

Sleazy practices
Sleazy practices. They have creative ways of taking money. I challenge anyone to cancel their plan within 5 minutes. Should be easy right? Go to Account > Cancel subscription. Nope. Not with Opus. Total sleaze move. You can however, delete your account. But you lose all your credits. I genuinely loathe businesses that make it difficult to cancel. If you're confident about your product, don't hide that cancellation button. It might be temporary. But with this BS, to quote Taylor Swift, I'm never ever, ever, coming back. I'd rather have 32 root canals simultaneously than deal with them.

I should not have used this platform…
I should not have used this platform without seeing the reviews. Now, I regret losing $9. I have cancelled my subscription and I do not know if this website opus.ai is keep going to charge me every month. Stay away.....

I'm sorry Rajan that you have had a bad experience, but opus.ai is not associated with our product opus.pro. Opus.ai is a different business with a similar name.

I canceled and they responded they…
I canceled and they responded they canceled my subscription. But my checking acct was never refunded. Therefore, I filed complaint with my bank and received a new credit card. They'll never get another cent. The app sucks

worst experience with a sas ever had
not only is it a feat to receive invoices. Terrible customer support, even with the pro version customer care is non-existent, I haven't received a response for two weeks.

SCAM! 1-year membership deleted without notice
SCAM! Paid 1 year membership and got cut off and logged out after some months. Login not possible, its like my account never existed. Support not responding. Edit: Email support never answered, but Discord service for free users where I sneaked in was able to help me to fix it. The plan was transfered and I gained back the service I paid for.
