got notified today this company is now managing my drug prescription plan, (state of Fla.) They advise they will now limit a medication i’ve taken for 10+ years to 1 tab a day instead of 2. My options-ask my doctor to change prescription to their quantity-or-“If you fill prescription for more than (their) quantity limit, i’ll have a higher co-pay or pay full amount for “extra “ quantity. Even for a cynic, this is unbelievable. What gall! To replace my physician’s judgement for an algorithm conditioned to maximize these pirates’ bottom line.

WTH happened???? I've used Optum for years and always had super fast service! I just called to find out what happened to my order of Albuterol, which I am out of and really need, it was ordered days ago and I used to get stuff within 2 days at the latest. I just called and found out it will be SEVEN to NINE days before it comes? THAT is LOUSY SERVICE. I will never order form this company again!

I have been without medication for over a month. they say they called my dr for renewals, my dr said they never received calls. my dr tried to reach out for me, nothing. they are fired and I plan to find a lawyer!

You are more likely to get in touch with the Pope than your doctor. I will be leaving Optum for sure. I was on hold for 40 mins, had to hang up and call again to get the "call back" option, because you only get it the first 5 mins. an hour later, still no call back. These are people in charge of our health and well being...

We worked with this "pharmacy" for 2 weeks. We STILL have no success. Do not use this pharmacy, unless you enjoy getting migraine headaches. We fired them today.

Worst experience ever with prescription pricing.

I am a psychiatrist and my mother is a patient. The customer service people are incompetent, although sometimes nice. My mother is on a medication on frequent shortage, and is the so-called donut hole. I was told she should take the 1mg dose instead of the 2mg dose, and as a result she paid a high amount for a lower dose of the medication. I called to discuss this and was assured this would not be the case. For this reason, I do not recommend using this company, because once it's in the mail, you are out of luck.

United Healthcare should be aware of the pharmacies they partner up with, because this pharmaceutical company is horrible. They mess up your credit card charges and refuse to take accountability for their mistakes. Contact your health insurance company should you be coerced into taking this pharmacy as your provider.
