Order placed on 3/23/26 for a pair of glasses for my daughter. 6 days later(not sure why it took 6 days) I receive an email asking for my daughter's PD to which I responded that same day. My order conti yes to sit until a week later I receive a text asking same question I called at this time to explain my daughter needed the glasses for a 4/18/26 gymnastics competition. I was assured they would be completed in time. After the order passes 14 business days and now it is al.ost 4/18/26 I call back. I was told final coating was being applied and she was having shipping upgraded to next day so I would have in time. 4/17/26 early afternoon and still nothing. Call back and rep was evasive and kept saying they were doing their best and all they could do. I kept saying the obvious that I was told 3 days earlier that glasses were almost done and would be shipped next day. Rep kept interrupting and ignoring me so I asked to speak to a Supervisor. She assured me I would receive a callback by end of day from Supervisor. It is now 4/21/26, glasses are still not competed nor shipped, my daughter competed with her broken pair because of this and to top it all off I never received a call from a Supervisor. This company is a joke and questioning if even Legitimate. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time with this company because they will not give you a second thought or care about anything. Worst Customer Experience EVER!!!
