The ordering process was deliberately confusing so that I did not realize I was ordering only the lenses. Then I was told that the frames I wanted were out of stock, even though they were never marked out of stock, and still are not. And they offered me a more expensive pair as an alternative. Felt like a bait and switch. After I complained, they refunded me the money.

Initial order for prescription sunglasses went well with good communication. I would like to order another pair but need to discuss an issue with the lens. Tried contacting using two different emails, chat, telephone multiple times. No response...

Do not order from this company. It has been 6 weeks, and I still do not have my order. They do not answer the customer service phone number or respond when you email them. I will be getting my money back through my bank since I have no means of communication for my order.

I’ve been a competitive shooter for years needed some new lenses and or glasses wanted something interchangeable and noticed your website. Had a sale going. Do van found what I thought I needed. I hadn’t provided all the information. I believe you were optometrist contacted me. Let me know what they needed. I got that for them. The order came through very nicely unfortunately I thought I was ordering frames and lenses and just got lenses so when I reached out to your company to see what I needed to do to get the frame to fit the lenses. I was told that the frames I needed were discontinued and/or unavailable at the time when I reached out, I got excellent service from Beth and she made me an arrangement to make everything work out. I was very grateful five stars to everybody involved.

Have ordered 2 pair of sports glasses here. The 2nd pair were not working because my child had a huge growth spurt and her PD changed. They helped me reorder a pair and kept them still very affordable. They were very patient with me as well. Thank you guys.

Absolutely horrible experience. You cannot reach anyone via phone and the email response was very delayed. The glasses needed to be returned (the high-definition lense upgrade I paid for did NOT solve the problem) for a refund -- I could not get anyone to reply with how to do that. I ended up calling my credit card company to dispute the transaction and get the refund.

Ordered my glasses 5 weeks ago, have never had a response to my inquiries as to what is going on with my order. Zero communication. I now feel that I will never hear anything and that I have been scammed. Site looks real but it's not. Do not order !!!

Do NOT order from this company!! Numerous attempts to contact them via calls, email and text with no response. They still haven't shipped my son's glasses to me after I ordered them on 7/30/26 and today is 8/20/26. I have NEVER had such a bad experience ordering prescription glasses before EVER.
