I’ve been a competitive shooter for years needed some new lenses and or glasses wanted something interchangeable and noticed your website. Had a sale going. Do van found what I thought I needed. I hadn’t provided all the information. I believe you were optometrist contacted me. Let me know what they needed. I got that for them. The order came through very nicely unfortunately I thought I was ordering frames and lenses and just got lenses so when I reached out to your company to see what I needed to do to get the frame to fit the lenses. I was told that the frames I needed were discontinued and/or unavailable at the time when I reached out, I got excellent service from Beth and she made me an arrangement to make everything work out. I was very grateful five stars to everybody involved.

Have ordered 2 pair of sports glasses here. The 2nd pair were not working because my child had a huge growth spurt and her PD changed. They helped me reorder a pair and kept them still very affordable. They were very patient with me as well. Thank you guys.

Excellent customer service, Thank You Ron Menchero. When I spoke to Ron it was just for having scratches repaired and I was pleasantly surprised how easy he made it. I was a compilating a new style and it didn't take much to decide on a second new pair. I was that pleased with the first pair I had purchased 2yrs ago and just hope I'm as pleased with the new style. I'm confident customer service will take of any issues.

Beth assisted me and her service is very good. Thank you

Ron was very helpful and helped me get my new sunglasses ordered right away.

I was hesitant about buying from a place I had only heard about on line. That was unwarranted as Ron and everybody else came thru big time. The purchase, instructions, customer support has been exceptional in today’s world of customer no service. The fit, feel, quality is great. Would recommend and purchase again when my vision changes. Thanks Ron and all the good folks at Opticsoutfitter. Jack

The at home try on kit made the process smooth and helped us decide on the best fit glasses for our son. Beth was incredibly helpful through the entire process.

Beth was very helpful and professional. Great service on a warranty item.
