I was hesitant about buying from a place I had only heard about on line. That was unwarranted as Ron and everybody else came thru big time. The purchase, instructions, customer support has been exceptional in today’s world of customer no service. The fit, feel, quality is great. Would recommend and purchase again when my vision changes. Thanks Ron and all the good folks at Opticsoutfitter. Jack

The at home try on kit made the process smooth and helped us decide on the best fit glasses for our son. Beth was incredibly helpful through the entire process.

Optics Outfitter provides incredible customer service. I was apprehensive about ordering glasses online but the experience is well thought out and you are able to connect with real people throughout the process from ordering all the way to refunds. Beth recently helped me resolve an issue with a refund quickly and over a weekend - I sent one email and she had my refund processed within a few hours and had updates from her along the way. Thank you Beth! All online retailers should follow this model.

The entire process was seamless! They have great communication with their customers via text which makes everything so much easier!. The zipper on the case came broken and no issues replacing it, no questions asked. All via text. Highly recommend for you sport goggle needs!!

This is a terrific company! I made a mistake and ordered the wrong merchandise and didnt realize it for a while. I didnt thing theyd even consider and exchange... I reached out to the customer service department and had a response immediately, a friendly representative was eager to help me and sorted everything out seamlessly. I will be back to this site for all of my Optical needs. I recommend you do too. GMN

Beth was very friendly and willing to let me change my order and still offered a discount. I have purchased 2 frames and many lenses in the past from opticsoutfitters.com all with RX lenses. I had eye surgery and now do not need RX lenses. Thank you Beth.

Very easy to get a hold of a human over the phone and had great experience talking to Beth getting recommendations and she was kind enough to give me a big discount to make the glasses more adorable 🙏 Thank you Beth!
