Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to be clear that Optery does not add, publish, sell, or share customer information with search engines, data brokers, or other third parties. In fact, we mask customer data when submitting opt out requests to protect our customers. However, removals are not always permanent. Data brokers have different policies regarding opt-out requests, and some may republish information or stop honoring previous opt-outs after a period of time. This is one of the reasons ongoing monitoring and repeat removals are an important part of the service. We also want to clarify that Optery does not sell or share customer information with data brokers or other third parties. Our role is to help customers reduce their online exposure by identifying and removing personal information from sites where it appears.
