Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s great to hear that the unwanted calls have stopped and that you’ve been able to see just how much of your personal information was available online. We also appreciate you making use of the reporting tools for anything that needed additional attention. Thank you for trusting Optery with your privacy and for taking the time to share your results.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience has not met your expectations. While removing personal information from data broker sites can help reduce online exposure and potential sources of unwanted contact, there are many other sources of spam calls and emails that fall outside of data broker removals. We’d like to review your account directly to better understand the removals completed over the course of your subscription and your current exposure. We’ve requested your contact information through Trustpilot so we can locate your account and take a closer look. You can also reach us directly at [email protected] with the email address associated with your account, and our escalation team will prioritize reviewing your case.

We're sorry the cancellation process was frustrating. That's not the experience we want you to have, and we'd like to help make this right. If we're understanding correctly, the main thing you need is to cancel your account so it doesn't auto-renew. To get that sorted quickly, please email us at [email protected] with the email address associated with your account, and our team can help you directly. (We've also requested your contact info via Trustpilot in case that's easier.) We send the auto-renewal reminders so customers have a heads-up and the chance to make changes before being billed. The image verification step (CAPTCHA) is intended to protect accounts from unauthorized access. We understand that it adds friction and certainly don't want it to feel like a barrier. We're sharing your feedback with our product team, since we want every part of the experience, including cancellation, to be as easy as possible. Please reach out when you can so our team can resolve this matter for you promptly. We appreciate you taking the time to flag this.

We're sorry to hear this was your experience. Removals don’t happen instantly. Each data broker has its own process and timeline, and some are known to be more difficult or slow to update. In some cases, profiles can also reappear, which is why we continuously monitor and re-submit removals while your plan is active. You can learn more here: https://help.optery.com/en/article/after-upgrading-how-long-does-it-take-for-my-profiles-to-be-removed-zk72f4/ We just requested your contact information through Trustpilot. With that we can locate your account and investigate your concern further. If preferred, you can also reach us directly at [email protected] with the email address associated with your account, and our escalation team will prioritize reviewing your case.
