I signed up after my mother was scammed online. I paid the ridiculous amount for the family plan. Despite being signed up for four members, the dashboard will not link to the three sub accounts. Very little progress was made in a month on my account and I had no way of accessing the other three to check. I contacted them through their AI and email every day for two weeks with absolutely no response. As of 10/22 I have received zero responses except an automated message saying they do not have enough information, could I provide more; there has been no refund, my account has been locked by them, and they told my credit card they delivered the service. I have contacted BBB and the company told BBB they would refund my money if I emailed in. I did and got the same message that they don't have information to locate my account. I sent them invoice & receipt. This is flat out lies. Do NOT use this company.

PrivacyOn states they will give you a refund withing 30 days if for any reason you are not satisfied with their product. Once I subscribed and tried to set up my wife's profile I found it difficult to do so. 3 days later I requested a refund as per their instructions. We have gone back and forth in communications and they have still not refunded my purchase fee. This company is VERY difficult to work with in getting a refund. I do not recommend their service.

They immediately took my credit card info and placed the order without my consent. They must have cherry picked the high star ratings because they do not live up to their hype. Still got spam and didn't find out they had charged my credit card till three days later. Stay far away from these scammers.

Can't get into my account or find any support for my account. The Google login does not work... and when you use the OTP, it says "Failed to send email." It's like a blackhole...seemed like there was a lot of activity at the beginning of the subscription. Now I send them money and there is no response to my request to manage my account... can't cancel, check on it... nothing. Sent a request last month, this month... they acknowledge receipt and then just never answer.

My identity was used to purchase privacyon.com there has been numerous charges of $9.99 i have e-mailed a copy of the charges to there email address in reference for a refund and no one has reached out to me. I would appreciate if someone can get back to me please. Thank you Michele.

I have tried multiple times through email to cancel my subscription with no response and they continue to charge me. I've called the phone number on their website and there's a recording that says they don't have phone support and to send them an email and they'll respond in 24 hours. I've been trying unsuccessfully for 3 months. When I try to log into my account it says my email is not associated with an account - I'm at a loss for what else to do except cancel my credit card this account is associated with. I do not recommend this site at all. I still continue to receive spam calls and emails.

I have been a customer for a couple years. Last month I got an email asking me to log in to the site to update my information. SSN etc. Thought that was odd. Tried to reach out and ask if the email was legitimate. Sent a couple of emails. No response. Figured it was fraud. Lifelock had a huge breach last year. Received another email today asking me to do the same. Sent another email. No response. I have not received any updates or info other than this second email. I'm paying for a service that is utterly non responsive. No telephone #. No contact no nothing.
