We're sorry the cancellation process was frustrating. That's not the experience we want you to have, and we'd like to help make this right. If we're understanding correctly, the main thing you need is to cancel your account so it doesn't auto-renew. To get that sorted quickly, please email us at [email protected] with the email address associated with your account, and our team can help you directly. (We've also requested your contact info via Trustpilot in case that's easier.) We send the auto-renewal reminders so customers have a heads-up and the chance to make changes before being billed. The image verification step (CAPTCHA) is intended to protect accounts from unauthorized access. We understand that it adds friction and certainly don't want it to feel like a barrier. In fact, we mask customer data when submitting opt out requests to protect our customers.
