Would not recommend this vendor, the most expensive item (rt-2)I bought from them was manufactured incredibly poorly, to a point where the item was unusable (when reconstituted it is cloudy). I reached out to customer support immediately via the email link on their page, included images and never received a response. A week later I tried to reach out to them in their contact us section. Fast forward 2 months and still haven't heard anything back, I even just sent them an email yesterday to their team. Bad product, support is a gimmick, use a different vendor l.

Unresponsive to emails sent. Not sure why they've put contact information on their site if they have no intention of responding. I recieved a vial of bac water that was not sealed properly. I have reached out twice. Obviously not a good idea to use when the whole top is off and the water is exposed to anything airborne. Fast shipping is the only positive thing I can say despite the poor customer service and state the vial was in upon arrival.

Placed an order on the site with the promise to ship the same day via FexEx 2 day air. Over a week later the order still has not shipped and customer service does not answer their email. I have already called my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Never arrived and no customer support

Black mold was growing on my dropper for SEMAX Nasal Spray. Completely unsterile. Order #45165 and have emailed multiple times with no response from customer service team. Spent 200$ AUD on my order and can't use them now due to contamination. Also, they shipped the peptides RECONSTITUTED! It can be exposed to rough shipping conditions and heat. The peptides came and it looked good. And then the rubber seal was popped partially off. Affecting the sterility of the petide with peptide oozing out the top. Definitely don’t recommend, go with a new company

BUYER BEWARE! - My very first order of Reta arrived in NOV 2025 and shipping was fast. The order was fulfilled and sent out from FL. The vial had a matching COA, and I didn't have any issues. However, I recently made a 2nd order of the 3 vial trio (10mg) in JAN 2026 and the order was sent out of CA, and took 7 days to deliver. I thought it was weird that it was shipped from the opposite side of the country compared to my last order. Upon receiving my order, I immediately checked the batch ID number on the vials and noticed it did not match any of the COA's listed on their website. No big deal I thought, maybe it was recently tested and just not uploaded yet. I contacted Freedom Diagnostics directly, since that is the lab they have used for purity testing, and there are no matching COA's for the batch I received. Meaning I have no idea what is actually in these vials, what the purity is, or if it's even safe to use. I sent an email to customer support requesting a copy and or link of the COA and have yet to receive a response over a month later. At this point, without verifiable COA's, I've essentially wasted a few hundred bucks which is extremely disappointing since this supplier has been recommended by so many people online. I would NOT recommend buying from ONYX since they clearly do not care about their online reputation, nor customer safety in regard to the products they are selling.

I have ordered multiple times, I enjoy their products, but the customer service is AWFUL. Bac water showed up shattered and its been a few months with no response and nothing done in return. Awful customer service.
