I believe most of the bad reviews must be for a different Onyx. My orders came fast and the Reta is fantastic. I have now ordered twice with no issues. Prices are better than other labs as well.

​I don't waste time, and I don't appreciate having mine wasted. I spent £170 with this company. Delivery was fast, but the 10ml Bacteriostatic Water was missing. The packing slip literally has a handwritten "3" instead of "4"—your own team documented the mistake before shipping it out. ​I sent a polite email on June 12th. Followed up on June 16th. Silence. ​Ignoring a customer who drops triple digits on your business isn't a good look. I have the photo proof of the packing slip ready. Look up Order #198759 (May 30, 2026) and handle the refund for the missing item immediately. If this isn't resolved in 24 hours, my bank is initiating a full chargeback for the entire £170. Your move. UPDATE: The retailer has finally responded to this public review offering assistance, despite ignoring my direct emails from June 12th and June 16th. Because of the prolonged radio silence, this matter has already been escalated to NatWest. A formal bank dispute is underway with full evidence provided. I will be allowing the bank to handle the refund process directly.

Ordered here yesterday. I paid for product + shipping. I provided contact/shipping details. Later that day I started receiving phone calls from the shipping company telling me I needed to pay an extra $110 deposit for them to ship (8:20pm and again. At 11pm). Mind you, I had just seen on their community feed that first time customers get free shipping. I was already a little nervous because I’d found some not so favorable reviews since purchasing. Once the shipping company started urgently asking me for more money for shipping, I decided I was no longer comfortable with this and requested a refund. The rep I was working with basically laughed at me and gaslit me for asking for my money back. Tried to say, oh the package I already on its way to you. How can that be if it hadn’t even been shipped yet? Also claimed that since I made my order through WhatsApp instead of telegram I had no ground to stand on for refund. Insane. Do not use these people.

Placed an order a week ago, was charged but the order was not placed and they don’t respond to any customer support emails, very sketchy

Product came but haven’t received a COA and Reta is ineffective. I don’t know what I have been injecting the past weeks but it definitely wasn’t Reta. I literally got scammed and lost 250$! Wouldn’t buy from them again! Also I accidentally filled in the wrong phone number and sent them a E-Mail but they never responded. Do not trust this seller the products are definitely fake.

So they say they offer same day shipping and 2 day delivery. Ordered on May 16th. Label created and my card was charged on the 17th. Mon, the 18th, I assume I’ll hear an update. Nope. Well, I ordered over the weekend, so maybe Tuesday. Nope. On Wednesday the 20th I reached out. I was told it may be held up due to an unpaid insurance fee. I asked what insurance fee and got no reply. I left the chat open for 45 mins and got no response. I sent 3 separate emails to different departments and haven’t had one response. Fed Ex has the label but still no package. This shady kind of customer service has me questioning the quality of their products. I just poured $225 down the drain. There are a million peptide companies. DO NOT PICK THIS ONE

My order never came, total scam. Also i’ve sent them multiple emails to witch they responded to 0 of them.
