Not really 2 day shipping.
I've ordered a few times from Onyx. You pay for 2 day shipping yet I haven't had any of my orders arrive in 2 days. The last order was $500+ ordered July 19th. No movement. I couldn't find anyone to reach out to, luckily someone else in here left a contact persons email in their review and escalation. I contacted said person and they said their system shows shipped. I sent screen shots showing no movement at fedex. Ordered July 19th, after many emails back and forth my order was placed again by someone there at Onyx on July 31st. Finally arrived August 4th. That is not 2 day shipping. Reasons for error were: Waiting at FedEx. Waiting for COA papers. Waiting because there was a glitch in the system. Then not sure at all why they didn't ship. Then they asked, "do you just want a refund?" I wouldn't be emailing trying to get my order filled if I did! That last one is when someone there just placed another order. I've spent over $2k so far here and you'd think they'd waive the shipping fee or offer some discount for that kind of mix-up/delay, or shoot, I'd even take a coupon off my next order. Nope, nothing. The products work very well for "lab testing." However, their actual order process and customer service after the fact leaves something to be desired. I cringe and keep my fingers crossed every time I place an order HOPING it goes smoothly. (Obviously NOT expecting my 2 day shipping no matter what happens good or bad.) The only reason im leaving a review is because I received and email from them saying they'd send me a 25% coupon if i left a review here on Trustpilot for them. The only way to get a discount from them apparently.
