When you get the product, it works great. Customer service is a nightmare. My package was missing for over a week and I emailed customer service for 6 days with no response. I paid for expedited shipping and the protection as well. When I disputed the charge, they finally contacted me back and basically told me because I contacted my bank, I ruined their credit processing. Now I have the package and instead of keeping the money I have already paid them, they want me to send the package back. I haven’t been refunded as of yet either.

First of all my order didn’t arrive. UPS didn’t want to deliver when it arrived in Norway. I payed extra for delivery insurance, and still it didn’t arrive. When I emailed them about this, they didn’t respond. It’s been months now, still not answering my emails. Absolute scam. Product didn’t arrive and I did not Get refund or any answer from customer service. AVOID

Worst customer support and very sketchy products. I placed an order for KLOW, when I received my order, the batch numbers did not match to any of the COAs. I emailed the support email with no response about providing me with a COA that could verify the KLOW product was actually tested.

I always get my peptides for onyx research and never have a problem with shipping or customer service.

Horrible customer service you can't get a hold of anybody I tried using the tracking number they gave me for FedEx and it's contains multiple shipments. Hopefully I can get my money back I just did not happy with this type of service. The biggest part here should have been their customer service there's just too many companies out there to buy from

Scam, order never shipped and support is nowhere to be found

The company genuinely does not respond. I had to dispute my charge because the vial that i ordered, came cracked. I contacted them requesting a replacement but they still haven't replied in the last 3 days.
