Muchas gracias 🙏🏻

The website states after they send a reservation for an actual airline where you can check the reservation but the only airline that comes up is a cargo airline. I don’t know if it will be accepted but it definitely looks sketchy and now I dont have peace of mind. Edit I spoke with costumer service and they gave me the option of booking me a new flight or cancelling. I preferred changing to a new reservation with Delta and when asked for the forward flight in the airport it was accepted.

I booked my onwards ticket on the wrong month, I booked another one, and just as a chance i wrote and asked if they could refund, Got a positive answer in a few hours. thats really nice service. Also checked my booking on the airline, and its confirmed.

Very easy and smooth experience. Their customer service has been very helpful when I had a spelling mistake in my name. As I was in a hurry I booked another ticket with the correct name. They refunded my first payment right away.

The airline reservation I received couldn't be verified with the airline (Emirates), despite the opposite being advertised on their website. I was refused entry in Indonesia because the border officer checked the reservation number on their systems, which didn't exist with Emirates, and they made me buy a real ticket instead. I could have gotten in a lot of trouble with Indonesian immigration officers because of this, and even be deported. Marie from the OnwardTicket.com customer support was completely unhelpful, despite showing proof that the ticket they sent me was not legitimate. I definitely won’t use this service again!

Hello Nicolas, Thanks for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to read that your experience didn’t match your expectations. Our flight reservations include a Passenger Name Record (PNR) code which you can use to check your flight status on the airline's website or CheckMyTrip. As mentioned in the email we sent you, your ticket was booked with Qatar and not Emirates. That's why you couldn't find your order on the Emirates website. Regarding your customer experience, our colleague just requested a proof that you purchased a different ticket because your reservation was confirmed and still valid when we checked it ourselves. In any case, your order was fully refunded, and we even offered you a free booking for your next trip, so I hope we can better serve you next time if you give us the chance. Best Onward Ticket Team

Thank you for your prompt response and for your understanding. I have rebooked and the issue has been resolved. I will definitely use your services again should I need to in the future. Great customer service makes such a difference and it is very much appreciated.

Excellent experience with onward ticket! The service works as expected, we were using it for Schengen Visa purposes. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and didn't realize until it was too late. I contacted customer service the where really fast in their replies. Unfortunately you can't change the dates of the reservation so instead they gave me a new ticket for free! They really delivered way better than my expectations.
