I originally rated Onward Ticket with 1 star due to a very stressful and costly experience. I had booked a ticket through their platform at the airport on March 9, 2025, and received a PDF file with the booking details. However, when I tried to verify the ticket on the airline’s website, it didn’t show up at all, which caused panic and confusion. I contacted their support team, and after about 30 minutes, they sent me a screenshot showing that the booking supposedly existed. But a screenshot is not an official travel document, and I was not comfortable relying on that while facing airport security. Eventually, they did send me a proper ticket, but by then the damage was done — I had already experienced extreme anxiety, lost time, and ended up buying a real ticket at a much higher price just to avoid the risk of being detained for using an unverifiable document. To be fair, the support team did respond, and I eventually received what I paid for. That’s why I’ve decided to upgrade my review from 1 to 3 stars. However, I still believe the service lacks transparency and reliability, especially in high-pressure situations like airport check-ins and immigration control. I recommend that users: Only use this type of service if they fully understand the risks. Avoid relying on it at the last minute or during tight travel timelines. Always double-check whether the booking can be verified directly on the airline’s official system. There is value in what Onward Ticket offers — but it needs better communication, faster support, and more reliable documentation. Date of experience: March 9, 2025

I use this company since some years now and it always worked excellent. Today for the first time i had a problem with my reservation and tried to contact them by email to help me with that. They answered me in minutes and also they solved my problem.... I do was surprised and so happy for that, so thank you again Onward Ticket... Great job. Salvatore

An excellent Company with first rate customer service. I entered the dates a day early because of my eagerness to get stuff sorted and I asked for help. It was all sorted in under ten minutes. Cannot thank them enough. A fantastic company and I do not reccomend people lightly. Outstanding service 5 stars!

Very good. Ticket works everytime, also messaged customer service at 5am and the replied quickly and helped me get my ticket which I was unable to download. Their customer service is 24/7!
