So, they do not issue a flight ticket but a reservation, take in count this if you need to show it during your entry to some countries, I expressed that this is useless for me and they offered me a refund which is lovely so I'd say that they are a serious company after all

Im very happy with their service. I used it now multiple times. This time while booking there was a glitch in the system and I had two bookings on my credit card. After a quick contact with the customer care they send me the money for the wrong booking back. Nice and quick problem solving.
