Mandatory service agreement fee and difficult set-up
UPDATE 05/25/2023: The response from the company is not accurate, as I have responded, and the issue is not resolved! I am not clear on why I have to pay a mandatory $50 for the service agreement and what I get out of it. Also, I am having a difficult time setting it up in the software. There are discrepancies between the software and what the manual says, and it is making it tougher.

We work hard to provide resources and support for new users to get set up as quickly as possible including getting starting videos, regular live product training webinars and of course direct support from our Tech Support team. Our team attempted to reach you multiple times without a response so we either assume you resolved any questions you had or we request that you reach out to us for support if you do have any remaining questions. Regarding the InTemp CX Gateway Annual Service Fee, that fee is used to offset the costs of the higher data usage from the InTemp CX Gateways with our InTempConnect cloud platform along with the associated hosting costs. We keep the fee as minimal as possible to make the InTemp products an exceptionally cost effective IoT solution. Please reach out to us if you have any additional questions.

Untrustworthy website
The products advertised on the website were not available (discontinued actually) prompting a complete system redesign on our end after a lengthy delay in information from Onset

We apologize for the inconvenience. Due to supply chain and component availability issues over the past few years, we were forced to make the difficult decision to discontinue the Ethernet and WiFi versions of our HOBO RX3000 Remote Monitoring Station. However, this station is still available for purchase with Cellular communication to the cloud. I will have a sales associate follow up with you to review this option.
