The HOBO MX1102A data logger features Bluetooth connectivity, allowing wireless access to data via our free HOBOconnect app on your mobile phone, tablet, or Windows computer within 100 feet of the logger. A USB cable is required only if you prefer to use the logger with our HOBOware Software or as an alternative power source. As the cable is not required for all application uses, it is available for purchase as an optional accessory. We apologize for the inconvenience. A member of our customer service team will reach out to you directly for further assistance.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Due to supply chain and component availability issues over the past few years, we were forced to make the difficult decision to discontinue the Ethernet and WiFi versions of our HOBO RX3000 Remote Monitoring Station. However, this station is still available for purchase with Cellular communication to the cloud. I will have a sales associate follow up with you to review this option.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback regarding our services and offerings. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer and tech support service so we are disappointed that was not your experience and would be happy to help you if you could reach back out to us using the correct InTemp Tech Support contact information we are providing here. Based on your response, the number you called was not for our InTemp products division but rather for the HOBO environmental products division of Onset. To request InTemp Tech support, please use the online form on our website or the [email protected] direct email, or via the chat bot on our website to communicate with an InTemp Tech Support representative in real time. We would reach out to you directly but you did not provide any contact information with your general Trustpilot post. Regarding your comments that our Bluetooth/BLE loggers are not usable with a PC, as noted on our website and product information, the InTemp loggers use BLE communication and communicate with mobile devices or the optional internet connected InTemp ‘Gateways’. You can use the mobile app while in range of the loggers or you can install the optional internet connected InTemp Gateway which allows you to receive remote alerts, automatically download recorded data and program the loggers remotely. Based on your feedback, it sounds like you had not purchased the optional InTemp CX Gateway which would have provided the remote functionality it sounds like you were looking for. While there is not currently a PC version of the InTemp mobile app, data downloaded from your loggers and control of the InTemp CX Gateway can be managed from any web browser using the InTempConnect cloud platform. If you have any other questions or if we can assist you in properly setting up your InTemp system, we would be more than happy to work with you. Thank you very much.
