I run a new Amazon store and it takes lots of cash. Looking for a credit line to use. It's really hard when your business is only 3 months old. So I called Onramp, spoke with Molly Fennessey she is AMAZING! Right away she told me no worries they got this. I got approved really fast!! The transaction was very professional and seamless!! Amazing company with even better staff! I was in dire need of some funds to keep my business running, and when everyone else turned me down, Onramp believed in me and my business, and delivered the funds to me within a couple of days. I paid them back and then required some more funding couple of months later and I was approved again. I've been having some difficulties with the repayment and they've been extremely accommodating in every aspect and I can't be more thankful and happy that I'm working with Onramp. I've dealt with similar lenders in the past and Onramp is the absolute best in this field!!! I highly recommend them and will go back to them anytime I need more funding for my business!

What a great experience it's been to work with Onramp - Having previously used Shopify Capital over 4 times, I was used to frustrating revenue-based funding services that lacked any customer service, was void of explanation regarding loan amounts, and overall was just generally unreliable :-( Onramp is the exact opposite of all this - It's like they actually want to help grow your business (I know, what a concept!). A few highlights - The entire process took less than a week; I think I applied on a Wednesday, and was funded by the following Tuesday. Additionally, everything is super transparent - They outlined a growth plan for us, and their customer support team is amazing & always makes themselves available (shout out to Molly F!). They've supported our business at a moment when we really needed it (hello inventory investment), and we're really excited for the future with them!

Not clear in providing terms and how loan actually works.

Absolutely abusive, usurious rates. We were offered remittance rates in excess of 30%. We'll stick to Shopify Capital.

The email communication is detailed and informative, the customer dashboard is easy to work with and numbers are broken down nicely with no guesswork. The c-suite are very seasoned in the e-commerce space and built the company off of actual feedback and growth. I believe that On Ramp has the best underwriting team in the lending world. The two head underwriters are two of the smartest people I have ever had the pleasure of communicating with And their work reflects that. Rather than just taking anyone in off the street, the underwriters will do vigorous research to determine if we are the right fit for them and they are the right fit for us as they don’t believe in over leveraging people or putting them in unnecessary debt. I would highly recommend anyone looking for funding for e-commerce business to come here first. Molly is also there!
