Over promise/Under deliver
Good communication, but they were unable to deliver what they said they could. Over promise under delivery situation. Would not recommend based on my experience. I received a loan for 8x what the Onramp offer was with better terms within 48 hours.

Complete Ripoff
Absolutely abusive, usurious rates. We were offered remittance rates in excess of 30%. We'll stick to Shopify Capital.

Told one thing by one rep only to be told something completely opposite by another rep. Misled by this company and probably will not do business with them again.

It was approved for 400K only could access 150K
It was approved for 400K, then once the time came to draw on the line, they lowered it to 150K. Bait and switch, this isn’t true business funding. Don’t waste your time.

Works - but use as a last resort.
I'm torn about Onramp. They lended us cash when we needed it, so that's the big plus, obviously. And everyone was nice enough. However, the process was a little grueling. Many emails, multiple phone calls about finances, etc. Additionally, they charged us 1.8% of sales, not the 1% advertised on their website. That ended up being almost an 8% cost for only 3 months of lending the funds, which is super high IMHO. We only took it because it was our best option at the time, but personally, I would only use Onramp as a last resort. You're much better off using Amazon Lending or a line of credit with a fixed APR %, rather than paying a fixed % of sales. Solutions like those are much less of a headache, and you'll pay a lot less in fees/interest.
