Excellent Customer Service.
I had a great experience working with Onramp. The customer service, response time was excellent. Once I applied, I received my offers within 24 hrs, and the Tina (our customer service rep) was very responsive to all my queries and questions. She and her finance team went step above required effort to meet my financial needs, and presented me with multiple options/offers. Once I selected the offer, the transfer of funds happened within 24 hrs. So certainly excellent customer service all around. The initial fees/interest rates are a bit high for my liking, but I believe once I have done couple of transactions with Onramp, they will also come down.
