Would have been 5 Stars, but the team got hung up and never made the original delivery date. I rescheduled my small move for the following day, and all went well. The team of Mike and John were terrific. All told, except for me losing time from work waiting, it was a good experience.

The two guys kindly introduced themselves & quickly got to work. Did an assessment & figured out a plan immediately. The move was quick but they didn't read the "Fragile-- do NOT stand" on one of the large boxes and when we arrived I saw the box in an upright standing position-- I pointed it out to them & placed it myself longways and they kindly apologized without making me feel uncomfortable. Otherwise, they we pleasant and sweaty! They worked hard going up 3 flights of stairs!

If anyone is skeptical about hiring an outside furniture assembly company. Read the reviews of experienced customers and get it done. This team is professional and gets the job done. Will definitely use them in the near future. You can even request the same person you’ve already had. Which is great too!
