Mike the service tech did an amazing job putting my 12x14 gazebo together by himself. Despite being a little late, the service was great.

Difficulty/delayed on the first scheduled appointment. Ended up rescheduling but terrific service when job was completed the following day.

The two guys kindly introduced themselves & quickly got to work. Did an assessment & figured out a plan immediately. The move was quick but they didn't read the "Fragile-- do NOT stand" on one of the large boxes and when we arrived I saw the box in an upright standing position-- I pointed it out to them & placed it myself longways and they kindly apologized without making me feel uncomfortable. Otherwise, they we pleasant and sweaty! They worked hard going up 3 flights of stairs!

The operator was extremely nice and professional. He was the second operator to come and work on my equipment. Seems I had a faulty bolt. My only negative is that my appointment was for 2:00 pm and they state clearly the operator can arrive an hour past the scheduled time. That's fine, but they didn't get to me until 4:30. However, the company and operators were very professional. I would use them again.
