I have been working with OnPay for over 6 years now, starting when they were a small company up to know where they were able to grow and scale successfully. The biggest reason for me is the exceptional customer service I have been and still am experiencing. They answer fast and help with any issue. They have a very knowledgeable staff and always help solve your issue or at least guide you into the right direction. They are still nimble enough to make changes or customize your experience. I have been working with them for several of my clients as well as recommending them.

I have used OnPay now for over two years. It is the best payroll program I've used. The customer service is top-notch. Any issue has always been resolved within 24 hours - even complex ones. I really appreciate the team. They have updated the website every year - it was a bit to learn, but now it is easier to find all the reports. Dawna

OnPay is Awesome! We are a small business and using OnPay for our payroll needs has been an awesome experience from start to maintaining. I've been using OnPay for a few years now and what I love best about them is that they don't just bring you in on special pricing and then keep raising your fees like the other companies do. They offer very fair pricing and they don't "nickel and dime" you for end of year reports etc. Trust me, I've tried all the payroll companies and nobody compares to OnPay! Give them a shot and they'll be your last payroll company, end of story!

Extremely easy to use. It is so nice not to have to worry about doing all the filing of taxes, etc. All taken care of! Love their customer support as well. Always very responsive. Well worth the money!

OnPay is super easy to use and has great technology. They have a great support team, integrate with my 401(k) provider (Guideline), and make my payroll life easy so that I can focus on running my business. I highly recommend!
