I have done payroll for years and OnPay takes all of the difficulty out of payroll! Honestly they have a great app and a terrific team of people. They handle all of the standardized Federal and State Reporting. Even during the pandemic they were set up and ready to go for PPP and ERTC assistance. I barely lifted a finger, just exported reports that OnPay had developed to meet the requirements for the PPP and ERTC. I confirmed the IRS requirements were met and just forwarded the reports to our CPA's. On the rare occasion that I have to ask for help they are always available and supportive!

After 6 months with OnPay we're switching again. Problems: -They botched the transfer from Intuit, there were a number of errors with the data that got transferred that weren't obvious until they caused a problem. -Payroll is a multistep process that sometimes has questionable defaults that have resulted in payroll getting screwed up a few times. I mean... this is the basic thing you need a payroll service for. Intuit had other problems, which is why we switched, but at least they got the actual submission of payroll right. -Reports and settings are buried in weird places. It was not easy to find this stuff without contacting support. -Support is not great. Although, part of the reason we left Intuit was their support had deteriorated over time. So maybe none of these companies have good support. Intuit used to have great support, not so much now. They did get some stuff right but bottom line, after 6 months of trying to make it work, we're switching to another payroll service. Frustrating experience.

We have only been using Onpay since the beginning of this year and we love it. It saves us so much time and is very efficient. Their customer service is exceptional

OnPay has been a very useful tool for our small business. I used to do payroll myself and then pay to have the taxes filed, but this is way simpler and gives me peace of mind that its being done correctly and im not missing anything. It was a bit confusing to set up , mainly with the schedule on when they would take out what taxes, just because it was different than what we had been doing ourselves, but once we got it all set up and had my many questions promptly and professionally answered it has been great. i would recommend to anyone looking to simplify payroll and taxes for a great price.

We started using OnPay in January and so far we have had no problems. Everything is going smoothe.

This company has fallen off over the years. My small business missed one payment for them and was completely locked out of the account(Snow storm and pandemic effected earnings). When paying the restore fee of 1200 dollars they would not allow me to run payroll anymore. For one mistake. Customer service was garbage as well.

Onpay has the absolute worst customer service! Your support tickets just do not get answered. I cannot file my taxes because of a required amendment. When you call their support number you wait on hold for 15 minutes and then they drop the call. No one ever picks up. You just listen to hold music and then they hang up. When you submit an online service request it just does not get answered. I CANNOT WAIT TO CHAGE SERVICES. THIS IS JUST AWFUL.
