Good prices and mostly easy-to-do website. The graphics on the order site could have been just a little bigger and have more contrast, to make it easier to see and input all the required info. It was just a little frustrating having to type in all the pet info twice, maybe when ordering a second medication, you could just put the pets name, and not have to go through the breed, year born, and sex questions a second time. Also, why do you have to input the vets name, clinic, address etc, a second time? Do people really have two different vets, one for the Heartgard and a different vet for the Nexguard?

Even though we had some obstacles, Serena was pleasant to work with and she made me feel valued. She put in her effort to be flexible, understanding, and helped secure my pet's near future, even if for a bit. She is the only person that ever answered the phone when I called.
