Although I’m very happy with OnlyVetMeds.com, there is something that annoys me. There is a medication that I order on a regular basis. I don’t understand why, with each order, I have to go through the entire process as though it’s the first order. Since the script is on file with multiple refills, why isn’t there a much more user-friendly, easy & efficient way of ordering?

Ordered Rx...company never contacted the Vet. My dog needs Rx on Monday...will not happen due to slack attempts to reach Vet.

Hello! We have tried to reach your vet 4 times, only to get the answering machine. On the final attempt we called the emergency line and was able to finally speak directly with your veterinarian. Rest assured your vet has been contacted and we did all that we could. Unfortunately we need your vets approval in order to send out any RX product.

The price was competitive for the items I needed and the special discount offer put it ahead of others, I only gave it a four because the online ordering was not as easy to navigate as it could have been.

The webpage has a glitch: it doesn’t like to have the 4 digit zip code extension entered. Having said that, the chat line worked well and we got it resolved.
