Great company, but there are too many glitches in their website. Takes too long, doesn't save anything, and lots of redos. All in all, I do like their prices.

ordering process fairly easy. Would like to be able to send scanned copy of prescription instead of having to mail it in or having to verify with my veterinarian.

The website is easy to use and placing the order was easy. It took several calls before OnlyVetMeds gave an e-mail address to our vet after several attempts to fax the prescription failed.

They did come a little late, by one day but I got my order in a little late in the day so it’s partially my fault. They are very kind there, especially Serene who I talked to, my meds got here, on time for my cat, who is grateful too..Thank you

Service was good, but I did not get an email telling me the prescriptions had shipped like I was told I would. It caused a little bit of worrying about when I would actually get the medication and whether it would arrive before I ran out.

Best price on this Med. Checked other sites. After I ordered I get email saying you were going to check w/ vet. Had to send email advising I had said I would send script. Got email today that said order approved will advise when shipped. You should be able to tell me that day and then follow up when sent. Have no problems using you again.

First time user here. Setup was easy, cost for my dog's specific medication was best overall suppliers searched. Will reserve final experience judgement after meds are delivered and I'm able to configure my autoship properly. So far, so good!

You only get a 4 rating from me because the web site is difficult to follow. Fortunately, Serena was able to help me navigate it. Otherwise, I’d have tried elsewhere. I stayed with it, though, because if the price.
